I had such a great experience here! My main therapist Jen, was fabulous and was so comprehensive with my treatment. The environment at Willow Grove Physical Therapy in Hatboro is welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend this place for anyone’s physical therapy needs.
My husband(GARY C.) was having a problem with dizziness called"BENIGN PAROXYSMAL POSITIONAL VERTIGO(BPPV)",he saw physical therapist Matt,Erin and Ariel,and in 3 visits he was feeling better,they were very caring,supportive,patient and professional as was the entire staff,my husband and I can't thank them enough for helping him work through this!!.
Absolutely the best! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have suffered with years of back problems using Chiropractors and Orthopedic injections for relief. I honestly feel this has been the most beneficial treatment yet. Jacqueline had me up and feeling good in no time at all! Highly recommend!

I have met both the front desk staff and therapists and have known them for years. They are kind, friendly, caring and competent. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are exceptional with vertigo and balance issues as well as orthopedic pain. They spend time and explain your condition and work with you to achieve your goals.
Willow Grove PT is one of top clinics in PA and one of most professional places I have ever been too! They go above and beyond for their patients and were able to get me back to 100%. I highly recommend this location and all of the therapists!!

Matt, Jackie, Erin, Gina, Katie, and Jenn are all incredible at what they do and constantly go above and beyond to do what is best for their patients. Just finished up 2 months of PT for a rotator cuff tear. The team at Willow Grove PT in Hatboro is awesome. They are all knowledgeable , caring, patient and professional. There are so many things I can say. As a single mother, I was worried about having to bring my daughter with me; however, the staff was so kind about her tagging along. Matt was great to work with, and would create these little challenges for her. Even on the occasions when I worked with Jen, she would include her when she could. Overall, the staff was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I was given exercises to complete at home, and was sent home with bands to ensure I had the means to do them. At the end of the day, I am extremely happy that I chose this group and, if the need should arise in the future, I would choose them again.
I just finished a round of therapy with Matt Fackner. I worked with Matt in the past and I've always been pleased with his Professionalism, knowledge, skills and especially his personal touch. I hope I don't have to see him in the future, but if the necessity comes about I would no doubt request Matt. I would like to also mentioned that he was ably assisted by JD. Great attention to my needs and very professional care
There are not enough words to describe the care I got from these amazing people. I went here after I broke my upper arm and they not only helped my arm but also my mental state. I feel like I have a new group of very good friends.

Every single person there was very nice and upbeat. My physical therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and tolerated me great. Highly recommend.
After 3 years of living in pain and visiting countless specialists, chiropractors and physical therapists who performed X-rays, MRIs, ultrasound therapy and cortisone shots I was recommended to make an appointment with Erin. After thinking I would have to learn to live with chronic pain, she not only gave me encouragement and hope, but she taught me how to calm down my nervous system which she explained was firing at such a high level for an extended period of time. Less than three weeks later I am so grateful to be back to my physically active lifestyle and living my best life!

I fell outside on concrete and hurt my right knee. The exercises and care I was given by Kyle and intern Jeffrey helped it to heal nicely in a few weeks. I am very happy I went there and am continuing the exercises at home to build and maintain strength in my knees and hips.
Even during Covid I felt comfortable thanks to the precautions they took. My physical therapist was Kyle who was both highly qualified and had a great sense of humor.I very much appreciated his positive outlook.

Had double knee replacement and was placed into home PT by surgeon for 2 weeks. My cousin highly recommended Matt at Hatboro Physical Therapy. Best choice I made. From day one Matt was patient & professional in leading my way to recovery. He answered all my questions and made each session more challenging (in a good way) by adding new exercises and not repeating all the previous ones. Just completed yesterday and now 8 weeks after surgery back on golf course!!!

From the moment I walked into the Hatboro location, I knew that I made the right choice..I had the pleasure of working with Erin and occasionally her intern Mike, they both were informative, encouraging and worked with me one on one. I can not believe how much progress I made in such a short time.Every single person on staff greeted you with a smile and were super friendly, I highly recommend, they are simply the best!

I suffer occasionally from vertigo. I had Covid. I had recovered from Covid and it was safe for me to be back in the world. But I felt off and felt dizzy.I called Hatboro PT just to be evaluated because I was afraid of having a full blown vertigo attack They were able to get me in quickly. I was evaluated by Kyle and I did have vertigo. He did the treatment to get the crystals in my ear back in place. I can’t say enough good things about Kyle and the staff that works there. Kyle was so patient. I was really anxious and he was so nice. I felt great for the first time in weeks. I highly recommend Hatboro PT. I feel bad so many people suffer from vertigo and have no idea that this therapy really works.
Very professional facility with excellent physical therapists. Care is very one-to-one. Margaret, Erin, and Matt are super and all the staff are competent and friendly. Just finished a course of therapy with great results. By the way, I'm a retired physical therapist so I'm a pretty good judge.
Went 1-2 times per week for about 2 months. The pain I’ve been dealing with for years is now gone. The staff is excellent. Always smiling, encouraging you, and challenging you to do more. They don’t just put you through stretches and tell you what to do - they take the time to explain why you’re having pain and how your body works. Great with scheduling - available nights and weekends, which was very helpful to someone working 8-5 every day. If you’re dealing with pain, don’t wait any longer. Go get better!

I had an excellent experience at willow grove physical therapy, Hatboro. I went 2x a week for 2 months and the progress I made was fantastic. My therapist, Jackie P. and her intern, Katy were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring in addressing the issues I had. I could not believe the effect of the program they put me on had on me day to day. I found Jackie P. to be very intelligent and knowledgeable in what she does while being very personable which made me feel very comfortable and confident that the program she suggested would be effective in helping my issues. I witnessed the same kind of caring from all the therapists there.I highly recommend this location!! And especially my therapist Jackie. Thank you so much !!
I was experiencing vertigo and was anxious about it. My therapist Kyle, fully explained what was causing this, gave me more info to read and to even join a support group. He always listened carefully to me and gave me extremely helpful guidance. This coupled with exercises has reduced my symptoms. I now have hope and am restored to the activities I had lost. So very thankful!

Everyone there is a pleasure to work with. During my time I worked with a few therapists. Everyone was great. Environment was surprisingly fun, yet they challenge you every Appt. I worked primarily with Matt who was great at explaining everything he was doing and why, plus making me laugh while doing it. I would never go anywhere else despite living 30-40 min away.
